Hey, I’m Lilah Burns—founder, fryer, flavor-chaser, and unapologetic grease enthusiast behind Greasy Cow.
This all started not with a business plan, but with a burger—2 a.m., paper napkins, and a craving that no salad could fix. Since then, it’s been a deliciously messy ride.
We weren’t born in a test kitchen. We were born in late-night cravings, backyard BBQs, and “I’ll start the diet Monday” moments. Our story? It starts where most good ones do: around the table, hands messy, mouths full, and hearts happy.
